Buying a firearm online should be clear from checkout to transfer. Everything below is written in plain language so you know exactly how we ship, what can be returned, how your information is handled, and what you agree to when you order. Pick a topic to read the full policy.

Shipping Policy

How your order gets to you

Firearms ship only to a licensed dealer. Everything else ships to you, insured and signed for.

Firearms ship only to the address on the receiving dealer's FFL
Orders ship within two business days of the FFL being received and verified
Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price
Signature required on delivery; no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Return & Warranty Policy

Returns, cancellations, and warranty claims

Know the rules before you order. Firearms are final once transferred, and everything else has a clear window.

Cancel free of charge within two hours of placing your order
Inspect your firearm at transfer; once accepted, the sale is final
Accessories, optics, parts, and gear: 15 days from delivery
Ammunition cannot be returned
Warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer; we'll supply proof of purchase

Course Cancellation Policy

Training course cancellations

Applies to every training course booked with Urban Tactical Firearms of NJ, including concealed carry training.

More than 14 days' notice: full refund of the course fee
7 to 14 days' notice: course credit, good for one year
Less than 7 days' notice or no-show: no refund or credit
If we cancel, you get a full refund or a seat in an equivalent course
