These Terms and Conditions govern every purchase made through utfirearms.com and every use of this website. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, and you must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of transfer.
You must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under federal, state, and local law. By placing an order, you represent that you are not a prohibited person and that you are purchasing the firearm for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, use, and transportation of firearms, ammunition, magazines, and accessories in your jurisdiction. We will not ship any item to a location where it is prohibited.
Every item purchased from Urban Tactical Firearms is for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use any item purchased from us for any illegal purpose.
2. New Jersey Purchasers
New Jersey residents must present a valid New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card for long guns and ammunition, and a valid Permit to Purchase a Handgun for each handgun, in addition to government-issued photo identification.
All required paperwork and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check are completed in person at the time of transfer, at one of our stores or at your chosen New Jersey dealer.
New Jersey law limits handgun purchases to one per 30-day period, subject to the exemptions provided by law. You are responsible for complying with this limit.
Firearms, magazines, and accessories sold to New Jersey residents must be New Jersey compliant. Where a product is offered in a New Jersey compliant configuration, that configuration is what will be transferred.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we have processed it and, for firearms, verified the receiving dealer's license. Our order confirmation email does not by itself constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including pricing or description errors, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, inability to verify identity or eligibility, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing, description, or specification error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Product images are representative and may not show the exact configuration, finish, or included accessories. Manufacturer specifications control. We are not responsible for changes a manufacturer makes to a product without notice.
Applicable sales tax is collected on orders as required by law.
Promotional codes and discounts are limited to one per order, cannot be combined, cannot be applied to prior purchases, and are subject to the terms stated in the promotion. We may modify or end any promotion at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, and to limit quantities.
4. Firearm Transfers
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a purchaser's address. They must be transferred through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, either at one of our stores or at a licensed dealer in your state of residence. We ship only to the address listed on the receiving dealer's license.
If you choose a dealer other than Urban Tactical Firearms, you are responsible for selecting a dealer that will accept the transfer, providing us with the dealer's name, address, and phone number, and paying any transfer or handling fee that dealer charges. Those fees are set by the dealer and are not included in your purchase price.
Firearms picked up at one of our stores are transferred in person, and the paperwork and background check are completed at that time.
Inspect before you accept. You must inspect the firearm at the time of transfer, before completing the paperwork. Once a firearm has been transferred to you, the sale is final. See our Return & Warranty Policy.
Denied or incomplete transfers. If a background check is denied, you fail to complete the transfer, or the receiving dealer is unable or unwilling to complete it, the firearm will be returned to Urban Tactical Firearms. You will be refunded the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee and any return shipping or dealer fees incurred.
Unclaimed firearms. A firearm that is not picked up from the receiving dealer within 30 days of its arrival may be returned to us at your expense and treated as an incomplete transfer under the paragraph above. Any storage fees charged by the dealer are your responsibility.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
For firearms, risk of loss passes to you when the firearm is transferred to you at the receiving dealer. For all other items, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.
Shipments are insured. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us through our Order Support page within three business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty
Order cancellations, returns, restocking fees, and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy. Where these Terms and that policy differ, the Return & Warranty Policy controls for those matters.
7. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order. We may suspend or close an account that is used in violation of these Terms.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and the Urban Tactical Firearms name and marks, is owned by Urban Tactical Firearms or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission, other than to browse and place orders.
Manufacturer names, logos, and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
This website may contain links to third-party websites, including manufacturers, training partners, and payment or shipping providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty, if any, as described in our Return & Warranty Policy. Except as expressly stated there, products and this website are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous. You assume all responsibility and liability for the safe handling, storage, use, and transportation of any item purchased from us.
Urban Tactical Firearms is not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the misuse, mishandling, modification, or improper storage of any item purchased from our store.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
11. California Proposition 65 Warning
WARNING: Firearms, ammunition, and their components can expose you to lead and lead compounds, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning firearms, and handling ammunition can result in exposure to lead. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Tactical Firearms and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of any item purchased from our store, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, a purchase, or the use of any item purchased from our store shall be resolved through binding arbitration held in Burlington County, New Jersey, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Urban Tactical Firearms each waive the right to a trial by jury.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
