At Urban Tactical Firearms gun store, we take shipping very seriously, and we want to ensure that all firearms and related products are shipped safely and legally. Therefore, we have developed the following shipping policy:

All orders are shipped via a reputable carrier that is authorized to transport firearms and ammunition.

All firearms will be shipped to a licensed dealer in the buyer's state. It is the buyer's responsibility to locate and provide us with the licensed dealer's name, address, and phone number before we can ship the firearm.

We only ship to the address listed on the buyer's federal firearms license (FFL). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address on their FFL matches their shipping address. If the address on the FFL does not match the shipping address, the order will be canceled, and the buyer will be refunded minus any shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped within two business days of the buyer's FFL being received and verified.

We do not ship firearms or ammunition to locations where they are prohibited by local, state, or federal law. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws regarding the possession and transportation of firearms and ammunition.

We will not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notice, and the buyer will need to contact the carrier to arrange for delivery or pickup.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

All items are insured for the full value of the purchase price.

If an item is received damaged, the buyer must notify us within three business days of receiving the package. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace the damaged item if possible.

If an item is lost during shipping, the buyer must notify us within five business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and replace the item if possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
